Kirigami Construct
This project translates Kirigami principles—folding, cutting, and assembly—into a three-dimensional architectural study. Two interlocking components slide into place, securing the structure through a precise balance of movement and restraint. Functioning as both framework and sculpture, the rigid geometry highlights how material constraints shape form. By merging modularity with spatial interaction, this exploration blurs the boundary between flexibility and rigidity, revealing new architectural possibilities through interlocking volumes and dynamic massing.
