Glass House
Reimagining an existing structure on Governors Island as a gallery and artist residence, this project blurs past and present through material reuse and reflection. The original building’s remnants serve as a scaffold for the new, while glass—used speculatively—dissolves boundaries and distorts perception. Light, movement, and time shape an architecture in flux, where history is not erased but absorbed into an evolving dialogue.
